The Trayvon Martin case has shed a new light on how racism has never died, looks like it won't ever die until the Second Coming. It is not so much about black and white to me...it is all about how the Sanford PD has committed such an injustice to their community. I can only imagine if it had been one of their children that was gunned down, there would have been more than a question and answer session. Someone would have been locked up! It is time for America to take am stand against injustices and unfairness and stop using racism as an excuse for the crazy things people do. I believe if Trayvon had been a suspicious white kid, the same thing would have happened. Sometimes it is not about racism...it is about fear...fear of the unknown. Let us all just pray for all involved in this situation. Sometimes things hit home, you never know...we have got to learn to live in peace, and with that comes having respect for each other.
