I'm asking for prayers for me in school and to have a successful year with great grades. Sometimes it gets stressful.

Illness
My son has been diagnosed with Wolfe Parkinsons White Syndrome and may be in need of a surgical cardiac procedure if meds do not work. Please keep my son Colton and my family in your thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

Through Christ Jesus, there is healing...
I am asking for prayers for Sis. Lena Will Womble and Mr. Gene Jackson. Both of these people are experiencing problems with their health, and we know that there is no greater doctor or healer than Our Father. They both have loving families around them, enduring the pain with them. So, I am also asking for God to strengthen their families, and please give them peace during these trying times. In Jesus' name, amen.

General health and wellness
Our Father, I just need You to shower some encouragement upon me as I attempt to stay on this journey to better myself, physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. There are some troubles, but nothing that I know You can't handle. Thank You for the friends You have set in my life who are loving and supportive. In Jesus' name, Amen.

For a friend...
Dear Father God, I have been praying for a dear friend and her family, It seems that she has been dealt one bad hand after another, not deserving any of it. She is a wonderful person who cares about the needs of others. And I just want to ask you God, if it is in Your will, to please shine Your light on her and her children. She is due for something great to happen to her God, and I know that You can bring forth the greatest of blessings. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Job
I lost my teaching job after 26 years. I am so hurt and overwhelmed. I got another job in a prison but I am not happy. Lord I want another teaching job in a school system. Help me to be strong and survive that prison job. Lord help me to find a teaching job. Pray for my boyfriend that he will do good on his new job. Thank you Lord and I love you.

Not a request...a thank you, God, for the good news I received today. And please forgive me for having little faith that everything would be okay. And another thank you for the people you placed around me who kept me encouraged everyday while I waited on the doctor's reports. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Father, continue to cover us with Your grace and Your mercy as we enter into this holiday season. Things won't always be like we want them to be, but please allow us to be humble and content with the many blessings You have bestowed upon us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
